It's never too soon to plan for the Anniversary!!

So last year for our 2 year anniversary Daniel and I went to New Orleans, which was FABULOUS by the way.

and we had an amazing time!...our 3 year anniversary is approaching quickly and I can't help but want to plan something special and exciting for the two of us.

I have looked around and found something that i think would be great, relaxing and a blast at the same time...also a learning experience...I would LOVE to go to Greenwood for the weekend and take a cooking class at the Viking Cooking School

the menu the weekend before our anniversary includes:

Individual Lobster Pot Pies

Grilled Caesar Salad

While we are there we could visit Merigold and go check out my favorite Peter's Pottery. I am really wanting to find salt and pepper shakers in jade not nutmeg but I have not had any luck...I wonder if ol' Peter would just make me a pair special?

and they have a special Easter brunch that Sunday!...so obviously we have some saving to do for a small vaca for the two of us but i think it would be perfect and well worth it. Let's just hope Daniel agrees and we do not spend too much more on the kitchen renovation...which will probably NOT happen since we still have counter tops, sink, dishwasher and backsplash to purchase...WOW! will it ever end?!?



Jessicat is getting married!!!

My best friend is getting married!!

Sweet Jessica asked me to do a favor and take some "save the date" photos for her and David and of course there was no way I was going to decline! Jessica and I have been friends since I can remember, starting in kindergarten when we were Barbies in the school Christmas play, then to junior high where life was really tough...or so we thought at the time, through her knee surgeries, proms, break ups and heartaches, through so many good times and memories that I will never let go of. Just look at the beautiful woman she has become! I love this girl and I am so very proud of her and her accomplishments in life and I cannot wait until July 16, 2011 to be part of her special day and watch her marry the man of her dreams!
