My mom taught me a really yum "recipe" for a low-cal treat
Ingredients:
- a few Granny Smith apples
- Molly McButter
- Cinnamon
- Splenda
you first boil about 2 cups water then turn down to low-medium. cut the apples in slices and add to water.
then sprinkle the butter, cinnamon and sugar on it and let sit for about 10 min
then enjoy
perfect for Fall
